1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the White Peak Living  website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Orders:

  • Product Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are error-free.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; it confirms that we have received it.

  • Subscription Terms: If you subscribe to one of our plans (such as our hay or straw subscriptions), you agree to receive regular shipments of the selected products. Subscriptions are billed according to the frequency chosen during the subscription setup.

3. Payment:

  • We accept payment through debit/credit cards, PayPal. Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor.

  • For subscription services, your payment method will be automatically charged at the intervals specified during the subscription setup.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.

  • White Peak Living is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Returns and Refunds:

  • Please review our separate Returns and Refunds Policy for detailed information on the process and conditions for returning items and obtaining refunds.

6. Subscription Cancellation:

  • All of our plans have a minimum 4 payment cycle.


    When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

    • Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
    • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it in line with our policy
    • If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time via the account policy. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. 
    • Minimum commitment: hay subscriptions run for a minimum of 4 successfully dispatched deliveries. The subscription discount is offered on the basis of that commitment.
    • 14 day cooling off period: if you are a UK consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of placing your first order and receive a refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. No cancellation fee applies during this period. Where hay has already been dispatched, we may deduct the cost of goods used or not returned in a resaleable condition.
    • Cancelling after the cooling off period: you can cancel at any time once you have received 4 successful dispatches. Cancellation requests must reach us at least 14 days before your next scheduled shipping date. Requests received inside that 15 day window take effect after the next order has been dispatched.
    • Early cancellation: cancelling after the cooling off period but before 4 successful dispatches incurs a one off cancellation fee of £14.99. This covers the subscription discount already applied to previous orders and the administration involved in closing the subscription early.

7. Privacy and Data Security:

  • We value your privacy. Our privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which you can review separately on our website.

8. Intellectual Property:

  • All content on the White Peak Living website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of White Peak Living. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.

10. Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
